General terms
How Ayurvite Workplace access is generally provided
The following terms are intended for public understanding before enquiry, demo, trial or subscription. A signed proposal, purchase order, invoice, agreement or product-specific communication may define additional or different terms.
1. Public demos
Public demos are guided showcases for product understanding. They may show sample modules, dashboards, records, tables, workflows and action examples. They are not a live client environment and should not be used for real operational entry.
2. Trial access
Trial access, where available, is provided for evaluation only. Ayurvite may limit trial duration, number of users, available modules, uploaded data, storage, support scope and activation eligibility.
3. Subscription and licence
Unless expressly transferred in writing, Ayurvite software is provided as a right-to-use subscription or licence. Source code, design system, product logic, workflows, software architecture and intellectual property remain with Ayurvite or its licensors.
4. Client data and responsibility
The client remains responsible for the correctness, legality, consent, ownership and permitted use of data entered, uploaded or migrated into the software. Sensitive, patient, student, employee, research or institutional data should be handled only by authorised users.
5. Customisation and implementation
Custom features, integrations, migration, report formats, workflow changes, training, hosting changes and implementation support are not automatically included unless mentioned in the written scope or proposal.
6. Readiness and compliance support
Ayurvite products may support documentation, review, tracking and readiness workflows. They do not guarantee regulatory approval, permission, accreditation, grading, inspection outcome, publication acceptance or institutional recognition.
Commercial understanding
What may be included, excluded or charged separately
Ayurvite Workplace products can be used as standard software, customised software or bundled implementation depending on requirement. The final scope should always be confirmed before payment or activation.

Standard subscription generally covers the agreed product access and standard feature set.

Implementation, configuration, onboarding, migration and training may be quoted separately.

Custom software development is governed by the approved scope, milestones, revision limits and payment schedule.
Important commercial points
- Fees may be one-time, recurring, milestone-based or mixed.
- Taxes, gateway charges, hosting charges or third-party tool fees may apply where relevant.
- Payment delay, misuse or expiry of subscription may affect access.
- Refunds, cancellation and renewal terms should be checked in the specific quotation or invoice.
- Written project scope takes priority over verbal discussion.
Use restrictions
Acceptable use and access responsibilities

Login credentials should be used only by authorised users. Clients should maintain internal user control, password safety and role discipline.
Misuse
No harmful or unlawful use
Software must not be used for unlawful activity, unauthorised scraping, malicious access, spam, reverse engineering, reselling without permission or uploading prohibited material.
Availability
Service availability may vary
Software availability may be affected by maintenance, hosting, third-party services, internet connectivity, security issues, payment status or force majeure events.
Updates
Features may evolve
Product features, interface, module names, workflows and integrations may be improved, modified, replaced or discontinued based on technical, commercial or operational decisions.

Discuss the intended use, number of users, data sensitivity, required modules, migration volume, implementation timeline and support expectations before finalising any paid arrangement.
