Retention

Retention depends on the purpose, contract, risk and applicable legal requirement. Enquiry records may ordinarily be retained for up to three years after the last meaningful interaction unless converted into a client, order, legal or support record.

Client, billing, licence, support, security and project records may be retained for the contract period and any additional statutory, audit, dispute or limitation period. Data is deleted, anonymised or securely archived when no longer reasonably required.
