How Ayurvite Delivers Consultations, Digital Products, Software and Project Work

Ayurvite primarily provides digitally delivered professional services, software, consultations and downloadable or access-controlled products. This policy explains delivery methods, indicative timelines, client dependencies and the limited circumstances in which physical shipping may apply.

1. Scope and Priority

The specific order or proposal defines the final delivery commitment

This policy applies to strategy sessions, advisory services, business and project consultancy, research and documentation support, websites, applications, ready-to-use software, configured software, custom software, digital products and related support.

A product page, booking confirmation, accepted proposal, order form, statement of work, licence or subscription plan may state a more specific method, milestone or timeline. That specific written term applies to the relevant transaction.

An indicative delivery period begins only after the applicable payment, complete client inputs, authorised approvals, access credentials and other stated dependencies have been received.

5. Software Delivery

Software delivery varies by product and implementation model

A ready-to-use product may be delivered through account activation, licence issuance, plugin or package delivery, hosted access or installation instructions.

Configured software requires the client’s branding, departments, roles, forms, reports, master data and onboarding information before setup can be completed.

Custom software is delivered through the discovery, design, development, testing, acceptance and deployment milestones stated in the accepted proposal.

No automatic source-code delivery

Delivery of access, a deployment, a configured product or a custom module does not automatically include source-code ownership, repository transfer or intellectual-property assignment. Those rights apply only when expressly included in the accepted written terms.

Professional work is delivered through agreed outputs and review stages

7. Ayurvite Delivery Responsibilities

  • Review deliverables within the stated review period
  • Report a delivery problem with the relevant reference promptly

9. Indicative Delivery Timing

The following are general expectations for planning purposes. Weekends, public holidays, payment verification, security review and incomplete client inputs may extend the period.

10. Delay and Revised Delivery

A delivery date may change when a material dependency changes

Ayurvite will communicate a material known delay and, where reasonably possible, provide a revised delivery estimate or alternative sequence.

Client delay in payment, access, content, data, approvals, testing or consolidated feedback moves the dependent delivery dates and may require resource rescheduling.

Provider outages, government action, cyber incidents, force-majeure events and unavailable third-party integrations may also affect delivery.

Delay does not automatically mean non-delivery

Where the product or service can still be supplied within a reasonable revised period, Ayurvite may first complete, restore, replace, reschedule or re-perform the affected delivery. Refund rights remain governed by the Refund Policy and mandatory applicable law.

11. Physical Shipping

Ayurvite.com currently operates primarily as a digital-services website

Unless a product page, invoice, order or accepted proposal expressly identifies a tangible item, the purchase does not include physical shipping.

International online services may be offered where payment, scheduling, communication, licensing, taxation and applicable law allow.

Ayurvite may decline, limit or modify delivery where sanctions, export controls, provider restrictions, payment limitations, data-transfer rules or technical conditions make delivery unsafe or unlawful.

A client purchasing for use outside India remains responsible for local professional, tax, registration, data, software and regulatory requirements.

Physical international shipping

No international physical shipment should be assumed. Where expressly offered, customs duties, import charges, clearance, local taxes and destination restrictions will be handled according to the specific order.
